Grammar - L2 - Week 10

on a peaceful Sunday Patrick's family headed for the country. They joyfully climbed in the car right after lunch. As dad drove fastly   down the road the kids looked through the windows at the passing landscape. Soon rows of houses gave way to larger fields of hay. There were even horses waking slowly in the fields. Patrick's younger sister asked if they could stop to pet them. Dad shouted and said NO Mum knew the farmer and told Dad to stop. The children confidently walked toward the beautiful animals mindful not to scare them away. the older horse approach curious and the horse neighed loudly. It started chewing on the carrot allowing the children to pet it softly. Their country adventure made them hungry for dinner that day.
